Puppy Wellness Vaccine Schedule

Dependent on previous vaccination history & weight. Some vaccination dates may overlap.

First Puppy Visit / 6-8 Weeks Old

  • Comprehensive Exam

  • Internal Parasite Test

  • DHPP (Distemper / Hepatitis / Parainfluenza / Parvovirus)

  • Bordetella (Kennel Cough)

  • De-worming

  • Complimentary heartworm prevention for 30 days

Second Puppy Visit / 10-12 Weeks Old

  • DHPP Booster

  • Bordetella Booster

Third Puppy Visit / 12-14 Weeks Old

  • DHPP Booster

  • Leptospirosis*

  • Rabies 1 year

Fourth Puppy Visit / 14-16 Weeks Old

  • Leptospirosis Booster

Spay/Neuter / 6 Months Old

All our spays & neuters less one-year-old include:

  • Pre-operative blood work

  • Pre-anesthetic exam

  • IV catheter & fluids o Anesthetic monitoring

  • Nails trim

  • Suture removal two weeks later

*Pet must be 12 weeks old to receive Leptospirosis and must weigh over 10 pounds to receive two injectable vaccines at once – Therefore, the puppy visits range between 3-4 dependent on weight.
